Subscription billing
hairstyle.ai coaching is sold as an automatically renewing subscription through Stripe. The current price, billing interval, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout before payment. Subscriptions continue until canceled or otherwise ended.
Cancellation and billing support
Once billing is live, you can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation from the Stripe Billing Portal linked in your account page. Cancellation stops future renewal access according to the Stripe subscription state. Refunds, credits, tax handling, and billing exceptions are handled through support and the policy approved for the active release.
Coaching scope
hairstyle.ai gives styling guidance based on the live camera session. It is not a safety, medical, health, professional salon, or device-manufacturer instruction service. Stop using heated tools if the tool, hair, skin, or environment feels unsafe.
Camera and session data
Your session asks for camera access only after the camera consent screen, and coaching is designed to run in your browser. Routine storage keeps account, subscription, consent, support, product event, runtime event, and session-summary records; it does not store raw video, frame JSON, landmarks, masks, or media references by default.
Review media and training assets
Raw review media, training assets, biometric-style templates, or health-sensitive raw camera artifacts require a separate explicit consent path before upload or retention. Do not submit another person's private data without permission.
Account controls
Signed-in users can export account-owned data and request account deletion from the privacy page. Support requests can include coarse browser, route, viewport, and session-summary context without raw recording upload.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse authentication, checkout, support, privacy, analytics, or API routes. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or third-party data that you do not have permission to provide.
Availability and changes
hairstyle.ai may change as the product is built, tested, and launched. Features can be updated, paused, or removed while maintaining the privacy and billing commitments published for the active release.
